Delivery Policy

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, orders are sent to the card holders address, and must be signed for upon receipt.

1. Delivery Notifications

We will advise you by email when the goods are despatched together with the "tracking number" you can follow delivery on line. TRACK HERE

2. Delivery Timescales

Purchases should arrive within a few days of despatch.

Our network "PayPal" sanction credit card payments, in most cases this is straight forward - immediate process. Occasionally extra credit checks are made for both your protection and ours. We may need to contact you to confirm more details. Thank you for bearing with us.

3. Gift Wrap

If you would like us to gift wrap, we will be delighted to do this for you free of charge, just tick the box.

4. Postage Method

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, we do not charge our customers for this service.

5. Missed Deliveries

Should you not be at home when the parcel is delivered, Royal Mail will leave you a card asking you to contact them to arrange collection.

If the parcel is returned to us for any reason (eg, incorrect address or parcel not collected) we will advise you as soon as possible and offer to resend the parcel or you may cancel your order for a full refund.

6. Late deliveries or Despatch

Whenever possible we will  despatch your order within 24 hours. In unforeseen circumstances we will keep you informed, and please accept our apologies. External problems with Royal Mail are clearly beyond our control.

6.1 Consequential loss for late deliveries

It is never our intention to disappoint, however we do not accept any claim for compensation due to inconvenience caused by late / missed delivery, or unsatisfactory purchase.
